Nina Saenko

Nina Saenko was born on 1944 in the village Borzna (Ukraine) - she is one of the most well known Ukrainian artist working with the rare decorative arts technique - straw mosaic. 

Nina Saenko is a member of The National Union of Artists of Ukraine and a Honored Worker of Arts of Ukraine.

She was taught to make a straw mosaic by her father Alexander Saenko - famous Ukrainian folk artist.

Artworks of Nina and Alexander Saenko are part of the museum's collections all over the world.
